What this site is

mrparent.ai is a static content website about divorce, custody disputes, parental alienation and family law. It publishes articles, pattern descriptions, summaries of European Court of Human Rights judgments, and country guides.

There are no user accounts, no logins and no payments on this site. Case analysis is not open yet, and the site does not accept or store case documents.

Forms

The site has four forms: the contact form, the early-access waitlist, the newsletter signup and the book release notification.

When you submit a form, what you typed is sent to Formspree, a form-processing service based in the United States, which delivers it to us as an email. The submission contains only the fields you filled in (for example your email address, country, the category you selected and your note) plus a label telling us which form it came from.

We use this information only for the purpose of the form: to reply to your message, or to email you when early access, the newsletter, the Parent Café or the book becomes available. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

Please do not put names of children, case file numbers or other sensitive details into any form on this site.

Analytics

The site uses Ahrefs Web Analytics to count page views. According to Ahrefs, this service does not use cookies and does not build profiles of individual visitors. We see aggregate figures such as which pages are visited and from which countries.

This site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Hosting and third-party resources

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. As with any website, these providers technically receive your IP address and browser information when your browser requests the files.

Data deletion

If you submitted a form and want your information deleted, or want to know what we hold about you, write to us through the contact page and choose “Data deletion request” as the subject. Use the same email address you used in the form so we can find your entry.

We will delete your submission from our mailbox and from Formspree and confirm to you by email.

Changes

When the site starts doing something new with personal data — for example when case analysis opens — this page will be updated before that happens. See also the Terms of Use.
