A station for the parent · For the child, for the long run

A station for the parent in a high-conflict divorce or custody dispute.

A mirror, not a sword.

If you are living through parental alienation or a custody dispute that never ends, what is happening to you is probably not bad luck. It is a pattern — and a pattern you observe loses power. This site grows out of the book Underneath Divorce: a place to recognise the pattern, pick up a tool, and leave with one dated move. It does not promise that you will win. It helps you see where you are standing.

Recognise
Statements from the book, in four groups: the system, the other side, your child, yourself. Tick what you recognise. Nothing is stored or sent.

Understand
How the sequence runs — from obstruction nobody measures to the day someone says it is too late — and the words for what is being done. No evil person is required.

Do one thing today
Small, dated, measurable: a reply that does not escalate, a journal entry, three minutes with a pencil. One move, with a date on it.

02 — The Station

You're not the only one.
And isolation doesn't help the child either.

Monthly Zoom

Café
Not a support group where we share how hard it is. A structured conversation where we share what works — patterns, strategies, precedents, tools. You leave with something concrete.
01Everyone submits topics in advance. The group votes. Most-wanted topic runs.
02We discuss while the topic holds the room. No one owns the floor.
03Focus on the child. Always. That's the only compass.
04Anonymous participation always OK. No last names, no jurisdictions if you prefer.

A diagnostic book written from inside a contested custody case, now in its sixth year. Not about winning. About understanding what is happening, why, and what it costs the child. Every chapter asks for a decision. What is written, and what is not →

Also being built:
an engine that thinks with you.

You're in the middle of it. Emotion is high, the timeline is blurred, and every decision feels like the last. The engine doesn't judge — it analyzes.

Case analysis is one of several things this station is meant to offer — not the point of the site. It is not open yet: you provide verdicts, expert reports, communication records; the engine maps them to documented patterns, shows where the system failed, and returns structured output you can use — in court, with your attorney, with yourself.

This is not AI replacing a lawyer. This is AI giving you the context your lawyer doesn't have time to build.

Cooperative trap, fait accompli, institutional omission, alienation timeline — named and mapped to your case. You finally see what's happening, not just what's being done to you.

What to save, how to format it, what proves what. Forensic methodology for turning 3 years of messages into a readable pattern. Evidence that holds up.

Every word to a co-parent is potential evidence. The engine helps you write messages that are legally clean, emotionally neutral, and impossible to weaponize against you.

Case analysis
is not open yet.

The engine will work with what's real: documents, verdicts, records. It does not accept cases today.

Everything else on this site — the recognition list, the pattern, the glossary, the tools, the case summaries — is open now and needs no sign-up. If you also want to know when case analysis opens, leave your email and we will write to you once. Please do not send documents. Nothing you enter here is analysed.

What the analysis is being built to return
→
Pattern report — which documented patterns match the case
→
Legal orientation — relevant ECHR and national precedents, applicable articles, procedural options
→
Documentation checklist — what you have, what's missing, what to build before the next hearing
→
Communication template — a starting point for the next message to the other parent
